De Terre-Neuve, nous arrive un roi de la comédie, un personnage bigarré, quasi clownesque, qui a pour tout bagage un lit et une poubelle. Le "one-man show" de Andy Jones est un pot-pourri de personnages et de sketches parmi les meilleurs de son répertoire: Andy Jones lui- même, acteur égaré à St-Jean, Terre-Neuve; Valentine Reardipan, enlevé par des gitans alors qu'il vendait des billets de hockey à la porte d'un aréna; le traditionnaliste Father Dinn et son adversaire évangéliste, le Révérend Freep; le détricheur John Fourmile; le fantaisiste Ricardo Reardon et l'inénarrable sénateur américain Goodbar qui a pour mission de s'emparer du pétrole terreneuvien en déportant tous les insulaires dans une réplique de la ville de St-Jean érigée dans le désert d'Arizona par les entreprises Walt Disney!!!

Outrageant et provocant, Jones excelle dans l'art de caricaturer certains accents et stéréotypes propres au Canada anglais. Affreux, sale et tordant, Andy Jones: OUT OF THE BIN.

From Newfoundland comes a king of comedy, a variegated, almost clown-like character equipped with nothing but a bed and a garbage can. Andy Jone's one-man show is a pot-pourri ot some of his best characters and skits from previous shows: Andy Jones himself, an actor lost in St.John's Newfoundland; Valentine Reardigan, kidnapped by gypsies while selling hockey tickets outside an arena; traditionalist Father Dinn and his evangelical opponent, Reverend Freep; the settler John Fourmile; the whimsical Ricardo Reardon and the priceless American Senator Goodbar, on a mission to seize control of Newfoundland's oil by deporting all the islanders to a replica of St. John's in the Arizona desert built by the Walt Disney Company!!!

Outrageous and provocative, Jones excels in the art of caricaturing some of English Canada's accents and stereotypes. Andy Jones is awful, nasty and hilarious in OUT OF THE BIN.
