Dans un vaste espace, comédiens et spectateurs errent, incertains. Où donc se trouve la pièce ? Elle est partout autour de vous. Les comédiens se promènent, vous les suivez, et recueillez de leur bouche un texte dit tout bas.

C'est Hamlet de Shakespeare, vu par Hillar Liitoja. C'est une journée dans la vie d'Hamlet et de ceux qui l'entourent. C' est le théâtre sans cloison, sans scène, sans centre.

Et sans grandiloquence. Le théâtre du hasard. Car si vous êtes au bon endroit, au bon moment, peut-être seulement entendrez-vous Hamlet chuchoter, accroupi près d'une porte: «To be or not to be, that is the question.»

In a vast space, actors and audience wander, uncertain. Where is the play? A11 around you. The actors wander about, you follow them and catch what they say, a text spoken very quietly.

It's Shakespearets Hamlet, interpreted by Hillar Lutola. A day in the life of Hamlet and his family and friends. It is theatre without barriers, without a stage, without a centre.

And without grandiloquence. A theatre of fate. For if you happen to be in the right place at the right time, you just may hear Hamlet whisper as he crouches near a door, "To be or not to be, that is the question".
