Une petite communauté serrée en bande dont le fonctionnement est rythmé par des règles marche et danse sous les étoiles, que les Inuit appellent " trous du ciel ". À partir d'images boréales entourant le mythe d'une déesse des flots féconde et furieuse, un poème gestuel et musical en hommage à toute la tribu humaine. Traversé par l'esprit nordique et par sa poésie inspirante, préoccupé par la survie, attentif aux liens culturels et affectifs qui cimentent les sociétés, un spectacle tour à tour fruste et raffiné à l'écoute de la palpitation des choses, où les contemporains partent à la quête de leurs ancêtres et retrouvent par eux des impulsions qui traversent la nuit des temps. Entre meutes de chiens et migrations d'oiseaux, entre voix filtrée et respirations amplifiées, un entrelacs d'émois et de jubilations soutenues par une étrange et riche texture sonore faite du souffle même des interprètes.

A small community, huddled together in a band and functioning to the rhythm of rituals, walks and dances under the stars, known as "holes in the sky" to the Inuit. Using boreal images from a legend of a fingerless goddess held prisoner by the waves, a musical poem in homage to the entire human tribe. Bathed in the spirit of the North and its inspiring poetry, preoccupied with survival, attentive to the cultural and emotional ties that bind societies together, a performance at times coarse and at times refined, attentive to the beat of things, where contemporaries leave in search of their ancestors and through them discover impulses that have come down through the mists of time. With packs of dogs and migrations of birds, filtered voices and amplified breathing, an intricate tapestry of bewitching images sustained by a strange, rich acoustic texture. |
