Un théâtre de rue, à l'abri des courants d'air, en plein centre-ville, quinze jours d'affilée durant le festival. Quatre hommes, au crâne rasé, installent leur quartier général dans les vitrines de la Baie. Construit sur mesure, leur habitat regorge de tous ces détails qui font qu'ils ont vraiment l'air d'être bien chez eux : il faut leur voir la garde-robe et la collection de toutous. Vingt-quatre heures sur vingt-quatre, ils sont à leurs affaires sous l'oeil amusé, médusé, scrutateur ou voyeur des passants. Ils mangent, dorment, téléphonent, s'entraînent, écrivent : ils vivent leur quotidien d'artistes et d'animateurs de foule à temps plein, branchés, câblés, équipés pour tout. À heures fixes, ils s'exécutent dans des numéros-surprises. Des bulles de rêves, des folies de printemps dans le quotidien de la métropole.

Weatherproof street theatre, right downtown, running for fifteen days during the festival. Four men with shaved heads set up their headquarters in the windows of The Bay. Their made-to-measure habitat is crammed with a myriad of details that give a sense of home, including their clothes and collections of teddy bears. Twenty-four hours a day they go about their business before the amused, dumbfounded, inquiring or voyeuristic eyes of passersby. They eat, sleep, make phone calls, work out and write, living their daily lives as artists and full-time entertainers, plugged in, tuned in and equipped for anything. At set times they present surprise performances. Enjoy dream bubbles and spring follies in the daily life of the center of downtown Montreal.
